Bees and other pollinating insects play an essential role in ecosystems. They pollinate 80% of all flowering plants, including most of the crops we eat. If the bees are in decline, so is the health of our planet, and by extension, our health as human beings. If we want to help nature, we should start with the bees. And we should take action before it's too late. Millions suffer from depression and anxiety, but it was largely unspoken and unaddressed due to social taboos.
